Ginny Leggett
Creative Services Director

Ginny Leggett, Creative Services Director, is an innovative and self-motivated artist with proven success in designing, developing, and producing high-impact collateral materials for clients’ events and promotional campaigns. She is experienced in overseeing staff, budget development, and media/vendor relations to ensure that all project materials, publications, and other graphic and web projects receive the continued creative and expert solutions for which HG personnel are noted. Her skills include photo shoot direction and corporate branding. She is proficient on both MacIntosh and PC platforms and a wide variety of graphic design and website development software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Flash as well as development of PowerPoint presentations and the use of other Microsoft Office applications. She has more than ten (10) years experience and post-graduate certification in Graphic Design. She keeps abreast of the latest trends in website structure and design and has honed her skills in web design by learning other web languages beyond HTML, including CSS, Java, and ColdFusion. Ms. Leggett has a Post-Graduate Studies Certification in Graphic Design from the Creative Circus in Atlanta and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an advertising concentration from James Madison University.



Joacir Soto
Graphic Designer

Joacir Soto, Graphic Designer, is a highly dependable and self-motivated professional graphic designer experienced in creating innovative print design and multimedia. He is a passionate and inventive creator with a strong worth ethic and ability to implement designs independently. He demonstrates outstanding attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. He is a dynamic and effective team player with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. He is proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrators, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash, working on both Macintosh and PC platforms.  He is skilled in Magazine Publishing, Web Site Design, Web Development and  Exhibits, Conferences and Tradeshow Materials. Mr. Soto has seven (7) years of experience in the field with a certification in Multimedia from the Chubb Institute.



Helyn Oscanyan
Writer/Editor

Helyn Oscanyan, Writer/Editor, has more than fifteen (15) years of experience supporting NIH projects as a science writer and a program assistant. For the past four (4) years, Ms. Oscanyan has served as Program Assistant for the National Commission on Digestive Diseases project, the Council of Councils under the Office of the Director, NIH, and for the Metabolic Clinical Research Unit collaboration initiative. In this position, she has been responsible for communications with and administrative/logistical support of members of the Commission and Council, working groups, and subcommittees from the initiation of these groups through the production of final reports. As Program Assistant, she is thoroughly familiar with FACA requirements, drafting of Federal Register notices, Advisory Council operating procedures, and NIH policies and guidelines for research activities. She has provided editorial assistance for working group summary reports, website content, press releases, an NIH advisory council orientation handbook, and a final long-range research plan. Her expertise includes thorough knowledge of the Government Printing Office (GPO) style. Ms. Oscanyan attended the University of Akron where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Education.
