Fred Hill
President

Fred Hill, the Hill Group’s President and founder, has extensive experience working with federal agencies. He is an active, involved participant in his firm’s projects, as President of a small business. Mr. Hill is skilled at planning and managing multiple tasks, ensuring that each stays on schedule and within budget, and that proper attention is paid to all details. Prior to founding HG in 1998, Mr. Hill managed and oversaw biomedical conferences and workshops (up to 1,500 participants each) at an 8(a) firm supporting DHHS, including the National Institutes of Health. Mr. Hill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.



Christian Tietzsch
Director of Operations

Christian Tietzsch, Director of Operations, is responsible for managing day-to-day operations at The Hill Group, including finance, accounting, business development, recruiting, and project oversight. Having played a key role in the development of HG’s proprietary Program Management Process, Mr. Tietzsch works closely with HG’s owner, Fred Hill, to ensure all procedures are being followed by project personnel, are current with industry standards, and are consistently being updated and improved upon. Mr. Tietzsch serves as a business resource for HG’s clients and is familiar with all contracts (personnel, requirements, deliverables, etc.). He has an MBA from Georgetown University.



Beverly Sehhat
Controller

Beverly Shehhat, Controller, provides all levels of accounting, finance, human resources, and contract administration support to HG. With an understanding of both Government and private industry rules and regulations, as well as HG’s internal financial policies and procedures, Ms. Sehhat ensures that the company is in compliance with cost accounting, auditing, and tax requirements. With over fifteen (15) years of accounting experience, she works closely with HG’s President, Fred Hill, to develop short-term and long-term business plans. Ms. Sehhat is proficient in many accounting systems, including Deltek’s GCS Premier, QuickBooks Premier and ProAdviser, Peachtree, Solomon IV, ADP/TLO, PayChex, Surepayroll, Exact, and TASS.
