Kimi De León
Account Executive

Kimi comes to us from the Dominican Republic. She attended Clark University in Worcester, MA, where she received her BA in the Liberal Arts, focusing her studies in Theater, Communications and Photography.

Thrilled that she no longer had to suffer through the winters in New England, Kimi rushed back to the DC area where the weather was a better match for her tropical nature.

She kicked off as a young professional with an internship at Hammer Communications, an award winning advertising firm in Georgetown. She began as their Production Intern and soon evolved to Production Assistant.

Now as an established young professional, Kimi relishes the ongoing adventures at the Hill Group, continues to delve into her artistic nature with photography and in theater, and gives back to the community by volunteering as part of the Scholarship Selection Committee with the Hispanic College Fund; and as a competition judge for the Hispanic Youth Symposium. Two organizations dedicated to the development of Hispanic youth as the next generation of Hispanic professionals by providing vision, resources and mentors to students in high school and undergraduates in college.
